There are numerous factors that makes this a particularly exciting and dynamic period in the history of the Institute. These include a one of a kind completion of Health Canada approval for our manufacturing and testing facilities enabling students to gain GMP compliant recognition for their hands-on training; the increasing recognition of the high caliber and outstanding competence of our graduates by major pharmaceutical organizations; the international recognition of our full-time expert faculty who are engaged in both teaching and leading-edge industrial research; the exceptionally high graduate placement of over 92% in 2005; establishment of a number of pharmaceutical corporate internships for the benefit of our students and above all, the continuing growth and development of the Canadian pharmaceutical industry of which we are privileged to be part of.
The experience at TIPT is solid and relevant to the industries that employ our graduates. Our rigorous training, based on practical application of scientific principles, is the most efficient way to ensure competence and employability. Our unique style has produced technicians and technologists who are not only highly skilled in many areas of pharmaceutical science and technology, but who now have the skills transferability and professionalism necessary to succeed in the ever-changing workplace.

"I have to share the happiness
and the pride that I feel today. I have just
been promoted for the second time within a
year. Things moved very fast for me; a new
immigrant, and over forty years old, I soon
realized that regardless of my previous qualifications,
I had to acquire Canadian experience.
Today,
I am thankful that I chose TIPT. The Institute
made it possible for me to acquire not only
knowledge, but the capability to do my job
today. Thanks to TIPT, I now have the confidence,
strength and courage to face the challenges
of the pharmaceutical industry. I am often
asked "if this is your first job in the pharmaceutical
industry, how do you know so much about it?
To which I proudly answer by displaying my
TIPT diploma in Pharmaceutical Quality Assurance
& Control. Thanks to TIPT, I am a Validation

"At TIPT, not only did I learn the fundamentals, but more importantly, to apply them in a manner that promoted my own success. Today, I am applying the skills that I learned at the very place where I acquired them: TIPT. With the qualifications I obtained at TIPT, I could have gone anywhere, but I chose to stay in an environment that promotes education and innovation. I am an Educator. I am an Innovator. I joined TIPT as soon as I completed my training. Here we value the need to grow. We do not value jobs; we value CAREERS. I am building mine here."
